How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are an easy way to automatically get fresh coffee delivered straight to your door!

From the subscription page, choose a coffee, grind preference, and delivery frequency.

Choose delivery every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks.

You may cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account. 

If you received a subscription as a gift or need to make any changes to your subscription (adding additional bags, changing duration, changing address, change payment method, pausing or cancelling, etc.) you may log in to your account and make all needed changes to your subscription or email us at info@letslookalive.com.

When do you roast your coffee?

We roast coffee every Monday and Thursday at our coffee roastery in St. Petersburg, Florida.

When do orders ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but due to the nature of roasting it can take 24 - 72 hours to process your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, national holidays and weather delays. We are not responsible for shipments once they have left our facility, but we are always available to help you figure out a solution to a lost package.

You will receive an order notification when you place your order and a shipping notification when your order ships. Please contact us at info@letslookalive.com if you did not receive a notification within 48 hours of placing your order or if you have questions about the status of your order.

Do you accept returns?

We cannot accept returns or refunds on coffee due to its persishable nature, but please contact us within 30 days if you have any problems with your coffee order. We want you to love your coffee! 

For all non-coffee items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a return or refund for defective, unused or damaged items. Please email info@letslookalive.com with an image of your item that clearly shows a defect or transit damage along with your original order number. We cannot accept returns on worn or washed clothing items.

We are a small operation so at this time the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here.

What payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Shopify Pay.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer white labeling?

Do you cater events?

We don’t have a coffee cart or the ability to cater events YET, but we’d love to assist you in getting some rad coffee for your event.

If you’re looking to serve coffee at your event, we can help with that. We offer bulk pricing for one-time special occasions. Please contact us here for more information.
