Is there a contract?

We have wholesale terms and conditions that can be read here. To get started as a Look Alive partner please answer a few questions and we'll be in touch within 1-2 business days.

When do you roast your coffee?

We roast every Monday and Thursday.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday via USPS or UPS. We roast coffee every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed by 10am on roast days will go out the following day. Orders placed after the 10am cutoff will go out the following scheduled shipping day. For example, if an order is placed at 11am on Monday, it will be shipped on Friday.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, national holidays, and weather delays.

You will receive an order notification when you place your order and a shipping notification when your order ships. Please contact us at info@letslookalive.com if you did not receive a notification within 48 hours of placing your order or if you have questions about the status of your order.

What kind of equipment support do you offer?

We can help you select and source the right espresso machine, grinder, and other equipment for your specific needs. For machine maintenance, we work with a third party coffee equipment service partner.

We will be introducing equipment purchasing and maintenance starting in Summer 2024.

What days do you offer local delivery?

We offer local delivery within 30 miles of St. Petersburg, Florida every Tuesday and Friday (with the exception of Holidays). We roast coffee every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed by 10am on roast days will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after the 10am cutoff will be delivered the following scheduled delivery day. For example, if an order is placed at 11am on Monday, it will be delivered on Friday.

For accounts located within 5 miles of St. Pete, we offer free delivery.

For accounts located 5 - 30 miles from St. Pete, we offer free delivery for orders over $250.

If you are within 5-30 miles of St. Pete but your order is less than $250, there is a $20 delivery fee.

How do I place a wholesale order?

After filling out this form and being accepted as a wholesale partner, simply log in to letslookalive.com using your email address and password. You'll automatically be in the wholesale store and can add items to your cart.

Are there order minimums?

Wholesale orders require a minimum order of $50.

12oz retail bags require a minimum order of six.

Do you partner internationally?

At this time we are only available to partner within the United States.
