PROCESS
EA
A one-of-a-kind coffee that's short on caffeine but tall on flavor. This Colombian decaf is a balanced, full-bodied coffee with bangin' notes of smooth chocolate, toffee, and vanilla.
EA decaffeination uses ethyl acetate, an occurring ester present in bananas and also a by-product of fermented sugar, to remove caffeine from the beans. Colombian producers can produce EA decafs in-country, in smaller batches as opposed to water process which only occurs at two plants in the world in large batches.
