Waykan Guatemala

Waykan offerings are especially chosen for their pristine charactistics of coffees from Huehuetenango, with crisp acidity and balanced sweetness. The coffee is picked ripe and depulped the same or following day, fermented for anywhere between 12–48 hours depending on the climate, washed clean, and spread on patios or raised beds to dry. This level of care and dedication results in one mighty fine cup.
