Jorge Correa brings us this uniquely blended coffee anchored by over 50% naturally processed Gesha blended with fully washed Tabi, Bourbon, Caturra, and Castillo. Jorge Correa, an electrical engineer by trade, has been a coffee producer for over 25 years. His farm, Finca San Juan, is a super-efficient operation based on 220 hectares of land that is powered by solar panels and uses minimal water.

The natural coffees in the blend bring forward a juiciness that's balanced with a soft acidity and clean finish from the washed coffees, making for a truly unique and complex cup.
